No, kada je oprema stigla, nitko nije znao kako njome napraviti proizvod.<\/p>\n<p>Znali smo samo \u0161to u prve kekse mora i\u0107i: kvalitetna doma\u0107a bra\u0161na uklju\u010duju\u0107i integralno, sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0107er,tamna \u010dokolada u kapljicama, med, kokosovo bra\u0161no, kvalitetne biljne masno\u0107e i maslac.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi poku\u0161aji bili su prava katastrofa: tijesto je bilo zbijeno, nije se lijepo ispeklo i nikako nije htjelo pro\u0107i kroz mali stroj za oblikovanje tijesta u kekse. No, iako je jo\u0161 puno vode pro\u0161lo obli\u017enjom rijekom Mirnom prije nego su keksi dobili pravu boju i prhkost, ve\u0107 su prvi proizvodi bili odli\u010dno prihva\u0107eni od susjeda i svih zvanih i nezvanih degustatora: topili su se u ustima, fantasti\u010dno su mirisali i nisu imali onaj \u010dudan okus po umjetnim sastojcima.<\/p>\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu, uspjeli smo nabaviti jo\u0161 kvalitetnije sastojke i po\u010deli proizvoditi i kekse bez \u0161e\u0107era koji su postali na\u0161i najprodavaniji proizvodi. Kao roditelji uspje\u0161no smo izbjegli bombone i lizalice, ali \u010dokolade i kekse nikako. Osobito kekse. Na dje\u010dje pitanje \u201eSta imamo za glickanje?\u201c odgovor nije smio biti \u201eNi\u0161ta\u201c.<br \/>\nNastojali smo izbje\u0107i bijeli \u0161e\u0107er u slatki\u0161ima. S \u010dokoladama nije bilo problema, bilo je ukusnih koje nisu sadr\u017eavale \u0161e\u0107er. No, s keksima je bilo komplicirano. Kekse bez \u0161e\u0107era ni djeca, a ni mi, nismo rado jeli jer nisu bili ukusni. Nismo ih mogli ni ispe\u0107i kod ku\u0107e jer nismo mogli nabaviti kvalitetnu prirodnu zamjenu za \u0161e\u0107er. \u017deljeli smo djeci (a i sebi) priu\u0161titi zdraviju varijantu u\u017eivanja u grickanju slatki\u0161a, ali nismo mogli. No, pojavila se ideja\u2026.<br \/>\nKada smo 1997. godine osnivali tvrtku, jedino \u0161to smo imali bila je \u017eelja da napravimo vrhunski keks bez bijelog \u0161e\u0107era. O proizvodnji i prodaji nismo ni\u0161ta znali: ja sam se bavio ra\u010dunovodstvom i financijama a supruga Dorijana je bila u\u010diteljica razredne nastave.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1697&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1485288766413{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1485288822233{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]Za razliku od industrijskih proizvoda, mi svoje kekse radimo od svje\u017eeg, \u201e\u017eivog\u201c tijesta. Od zamjesa tijesta do gotovog keksa ne smije pro\u0107i vi\u0161e od 45-50 minuta. Mi ne mo\u017eemo dana\u0161nje tijesto spremiti i pe\u0107i ga sutra jer postane \u017eilavo. Zato su na\u0161i keksi tako prhki bez umjetnih dodataka.<\/p>\n<p>Na istom mjestu, u ku\u0107i iz 1922. godine, kekse pe\u010demo i danas. Istina, pogon smo malo pro\u0161irili ali i dalje ih radimo na isti na\u010din: svje\u017ee tijesto od prirodnih sastojaka \u0161pricamo na tacne , a onda ih pe\u010demo pa oko ku\u0107e sve miri\u0161e i susjedi to\u010dno znaju koji se keks pe\u010de taj dan. I dalje ih pakiramo u papirnatu ambala\u017eu.
