THE POWER OF SPELT WITH THE TASTE OF CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Spelt is one of the oldest grains in the Mediterranean region, and was also used by Roman soldiers to make spelt porridge. Perhaps spelt porridge made them so strong that they conquered most of the then known world.<\/p>\n

Spelt contains a smaller portion of gluten than wheat and is easily digestible, and it also has a whole range of positive properties that we cannot write about here.<\/p>\n

We added sugar-free dark chocolate with the Cocoa Horizons certificate to the dough made from spelt flour from local producers, which confirms sustainable cocoa cultivation.<\/p>\n

Our technologists wanted to get a touch of the Mediterranean experience, so they enriched Chocolix-Spelt with organic orange peel.<\/p>\n

Chocolix-Spelt is rich in fiber, is completely plant-based, and is sweetened with a natural sugar substitute – maltitol, and consuming foods that contain maltitol instead of sugar contributes to maintaining tooth mineralization.<\/p>\n
