Today, we celebrate a major milestone: 25 years of service by our Production Manager, Elvis Dobrović. Elvis joined Delicia in 2001, back when the company was just starting out. There were a few people, plenty of enthusiasm, and a lot of unanswered questions. He might have even thought to himself: “What have I gotten myself into?” Fortunately, he stayed. It is rare—and worthy of special respect—for someone to remain with the same company for so long. It is even rarer to show up every single day with the same focus: ensuring that every cookie leaving the production line is excellent. Without exception. Without lowering standards. In an era of rapid change, a quarter-century of loyalty to one company, one team, and one goal speaks volumes. Those 25 years represent far more than just numbers. It means a lot of cookies. Many shifts that became stories told later. Countless inside jokes understood only by those who lived them. Many people who passed through production and left their mark. A multitude of moments left in our wake—moments that shaped who we are. It represents a daily decision that quality is not a matter of compromise. Thank you for your loyalty, your hard work, and for being part of this story from the very beginning. A significant part of what Delicia is today was built by your own hands. Thank you for years of dedication to making the best cookies. For your persistence in always putting quality first. For refusing to settle for mediocrity; instead, you maintained high standards day in and day out, demonstrating how to build a serious production operation where every cookie we make must be excellent—and delivered on time. Elvis, thank you for staying. For believing in a story that was just beginning back then. And for helping us reach the point where we can proudly say we make the best cookies.
