for orders, shipping and payments in the web shop

Prices in the web shop are retail prices, including value added tax. Prices are uniform for the whole of Croatia and EU;
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece of any product. If your order is less than 35 EUR, delivery is 5 EUR (incl. VAT);
We deliver ordered products to your address. If the delivery person does not find anyone at home, they will leave you a message that your package has arrived and their contact number.
You can pay in two ways:
a) cash on delivery, i.e. to the delivery person;
b) transfer (by net-banking or bank transfer or Fina) based on the pro forma invoice that you will receive as soon as you have placed your order. When calling, be sure to state the pro forma invoice number. When ordering, be sure to state how you wish to pay. When paying by transfer, the package is delivered upon receipt of payment, and when paying by cash on delivery, the delivery is immediate.
We will deliver the ordered products very quickly and you will receive the package within 2-3 business days. The exception is delivery to the islands. If you choose delivery via courier service, we will choose the delivery person who can deliver the fastest. Each of them is on each island at least once a week. If you do not receive the products within 7 days of ordering, please inform us immediately by e-mail (keksi@delicia.hr) or by phone (052-669-019).
